After not visiting a dentist for many years I recently signed up with this practice and had my first hygiene appointment with Dr Lishoy this afternoon. Very pleased with his care and thoroughness he is a very friendly, knowledgable dentist. He put me at ease and did a great job. I'm very happy with the treatment I've received at Montpelier. The practice is welcoming and staff are polite and helpful. Highly recommended.

Rushi has been my dentist for the past 6–7 years, and I can honestly say I have never met a more gentle, caring, and patient professional.All my life I was genuinely petrified of going to the dentist, but with Rushi’s calm manner, kindness, and reassurance, that fear has completely gone.He takes the time to explain everything, never rushes, and always makes you feel at ease.I trust him completely and cannot recommend him highly enough. I’ve been going to Montpelier Dental Care for a while and have always had a good experience. The dentists are friendly and explain things clearly without rushing. The staff are welcoming, appointments run on time, and the practice is clean. Would recommend.

I highly recommend Dr Lishoy. I saw him today on short notice and he showed great care and attention. He was very thorough in checking my teeth and gums. Also he was very knowledgeable and clear in communicating. I’ve come away knowing how to better care for my teeth. He’s new in town and absolutely a top dentist!

I had a really positive experience with this dentist! Lishoy was very knowledgeable, calm and straightforward about my treatment plan — which has left my teeth in a much better position. The team are great as well, I was able to get seen the day after registering (as an NHS patient.) In short I highly recommend this practice, many thanks again!

Absolutely wonderful dental practice. The admin team were incredibly efficient throughout and after registering a family of four as NHS patients by phone, we were offered a group checkup within a fortnight.Lishoy - our dentist - was incredible!! Both our young children were having their first ever checkup so lots of anxiety beforehand, on top of them being poorly, but Lishoy was so kind and warm and welcoming. He made everyone feel so relaxed and for the kids he made the experience feel fun, to the point that our daughter (youngest at 5yrs) wanted to go first!Thank you so much Lishoy and team for being so great. We will be patients for life :)

My experience at Dental Care was outstanding. I underwent a root canal treatment with Dr Sahana Krishnian, and I couldn’t be more pleased. The procedure was quick, completely painless, and the final result exceeded my expectations. I completed the entire treatment with ease, and I’m genuinely delighted with the outcome. I highly recommend the clinic and Dr Sahana.

I had an appointment here at my usual dental practice a few days ago, after not going for a check up for nearly 3 years...oopsAfter the appointment, I was very happy to have been appointed Lishoy as my dentist. He explained the best options for my teeth to keep them healthy and last longer which I agreed with and I have specifically asked to see him again for my next appointment. He was friendly, kind, caring and gave me the best professional service I've ever had from a dentist and now having read his profile I can see why he is so knowledgable. If you're looking for a dentist to go to, I definitely recommend going here! I spent a long time researching for where to go and felt slightly overwhelmed with choice, especially having not been to a dentist for quite some time. I ended up being looked after by Lishoy and I couldn't be more grateful. He was very kind, so informative and thorough. I had a lot of nerves around the dentist before this but after my recent appointments, I couldn't feel more comfortable! I can't sing his or the friendly teams praises enough, thank you all!

Very positive experience at this surgery. The full family are patients of Montpelier Dental Care and we have been for a few years. We recently attended an appointment with Dr Lishoy Rodrigues (kindly assisted by Soni). Both were caring, considerate and animated in the meeting; Lishoy explained all options to myself & hubby in respect of continuing care for our teeth and we were both able to get follow up appointments with Lishoy a few days after our initial appointment. My 3 year old daughter stole the show and came away with 2 stickers! She can't wait to go back to the dentist!My follow up appointment yesterday was also successful. Lishoy explained what would be completed during the meeting and whether treatment would be painful.I'm pleased to say that I experienced no pain, a little discomfort during the clean, but everything was completed within 30 minutes.Thank you to both Dr Lishoy and Soni for your care, consideration, kind words and a lovely warm treatment room. :-)

Lishoy Rodrgues was the dentist and removed 2 old fillings and replaced with composite - he was friendly, professional and would recommend.Sony was the Nurse who also did a good job. Overall would recommend both of them

Exceptional service from Lishoy, after avoiding the dentist for a long time due to a bad experience, Lishoy made me and my 2 children so at ease, explained every single bit of what he did or was going to do etc, my children actually asked him to be their dentist forever. Absolutely brilliant with us he was. Highly recommend Lishoy.

I am writing this review in praise of Lishoy Rodriques. From my very first appointment he was friendly, supportive and clear. The Montpelier Dental Care Practice was highly recommended to me as I had a chipped front tooth with the adjacent front tooth having previously been extensively repaired and I wanted to improve my smile.When I telephoned to make an appointment I was surprised to be offered NHS treatment with Lishoy. On my first appointment I had an extremely thorough NHS checkup before he gave advice on the best treatment. Lishoy recommended a deep clean of my teeth and composite bonding for the front teeth. He was happy for me to have 2 separate appointments to give me time to try to whiten my teeth prior to rebuilding my teeth.I returned today and was surprised to find I didn’t need an anaesthetic as he promised it would be completely painless, which it was. He was gentle and attentive. Both Lishoy and Sony were kind whilst being efficient and made the whole experience positive. The result was superb. He is very talented. I wished I had taken a before photo. Many thanks to them both. I will be recommending him to my friends and family.

Took our 2yo to the dentist for the first time, and my wife and I decided to book in too (first visit in 10 years!). Between us we had several fillings, a deep clean, and loads of practical advice.What stood out: they were helpful and honest about treatments - even steering me away from a £600 option they didn’t believe worked well. That’s rare in dentistry, most would have leveraged the up-sell opportunity, and it shows real professionalism and care patients in an industry that’s become extremely commercialised in recent times.They were also kind and patient with our toddler on his first ever dentist trip.Overall, a brilliant experience (relative to dentist trips).Lishoy & Sony are the new 🐐s of dentistry, and we’re remarkably upbeat, kind and warm for last patients of the day on a FridayHighly recommended.

I had my first appointment with Lishoy Rodrigues this week and it was one of the best clinical experiences I've ever had. Lishoy was welcoming and kind and explained everything in a very easy to understand manner without being patronising. Visiting for the first time since the pandemic, I was very worried I’d be getting a telling off for not looking after my teeth better or visiting more regularly. Lishoy and Sony were delightfully upbeat, kind, thorough and clear with my check up and even fit in multiple fillings and a deep clean at the same time. I had my first dentist appointment in 10 years with Lishoy Rodrigues last month. He was absolutely lovely and so communicative and reassuring every step of the process. I had a follow up appointment with him today for a clean and some basic treatment and again he was so lovely and efficient! I would definitely (and have already) recommend to everyone!

First time back since before Corona. I was looked after by Lishoy and Soni with exceptional care, had a few small fillings and a deep clean, removing however many years of tartar and stains. The assessment was very thorough, all options discussed, and treatment scheduled for the next day. As scaling is usually the most unpleasant part of a visit to the dentist they made sure to make this as painless an experience as possible. Superb!

My son and myself had the first check-up visit with Leshoy and Sony, and we are very happy. Leshoy was very kind and friendly, especially with my son who is still very young and does not have much experience of dentist appointments. He took the time to put my son at ease while he was doing the hygiene cleaning to his teeth. And to both of us, he did a very thorough visit where he then took the time to explain all what he noticed and what the options are.

I was explained my options perfectly and they were both checking I was alright at all times during the procedure. Today I had 4 white NHS fillings, plus first ever cleaning. Am 63 and can honestly say this was the best ever dentist experience I've ever had. No anaesthetic injections that ruin your mouth and hurt for the day... and none needed! Absolutely no pain felt! Would 100% recommend this dentist. Such a lovely guy. And his assistant was equally brilliant. So now I must apologise for my spelling, but I think they were dentist Loishi and assistant Sony. Absolutely fabulous 👌 Thank you!

I cannot praise this practice enough. I have been phobic & fearful of dentists for many years. I have lots of health issues that don’t help with my anxiety. From the first meeting with Dr Sara Khazeai she made me feel totally safe & at ease. Her level of empathy, knowledge and standard of work is outstanding. She has literally changed my life with a dental chrome plate & a difficult extraction. I have always been knocked out for extractions but I felt totally at ease and in safe hands. I trust her completely & can not recommend her enough. If your fearful she is your dentist. I’m 64 and she probably the best dentist I have ever seen. Thank you all.

Visited Rishi today to have my tooth composite bonded and I honestly couldn’t praise him enough. I am a nervous patient and Rishi ensured I was kept at ease the whole time. I am was so nervous about going to the dentist as my teeth were in a mess after years of not neglect and not attending a dentist. I had dental shame. I am so pleases that I went here, my dentist Sara is amazing not judgemental at all . I have had to get alot of work done but they give you choices and understand that we aren't all made of money. I havent felt pressured into getting work but I knew had to do something. You do have to pay in advance but the work is priced so it's clear what you have to pay. I am so glad I went and I never thought I would say that about a dentist.

Could not be more happy with the way my teeth turned out after my Invisalign treatment. Farina and her nurse Megan have been so helpful throughout my 8/9 weeks of the treatment and were always straight on it if I had a query, I didn’t leave the dentist until the teeth were perfect and I wasn’t expecting such a good result. Also the whitening I was given afterwards has worked wonders. Definitely recommend 👌👌Danny

Our 14 year old daughter recently had an accident where she chipped her three front teeth. Ferina was wonderful with her, explained what the options were and painstakingly fixed each one with fillings. I have been seeing Javed now for many years. He is wonderful, very attentive and patient. His handiwork is also at an extremely high standard.The surgery it’s self is very friendly, all reception Staff and dental nurses make you feel very welcome.For someone, like many, who don’t like the dentist they certainly make you feel at ease and welcome.

Amazing dental clinic, kind, caring and lovely staff.I had a fear of dentists from childhood gas and air experience. Clair was so incredibly kind even checked I was ok with the hygienist. I have never written a review before but I just have to in this case.Claire, you are amazing. Made me feel at ease every single time I came to see you and it goes without saying I needed a lot of work done!She’s the best dentist I have ever been to in my life, took such good care of me, explained what she was going to do before she did it, gave me short breaks when I had long treatment at times, and is overall just a lovely woman, I used to feel so nervous going to the dentist but Claire stopped me feeling like that on my first visit with her!She and Phoebe make a good team, who also is so lovely too!I can’t wait to come back to see you both once I’ve finished my treatment with Rishi to show the results of everything!!! xxx

All reception staff are lovely, the manager of the practice was kind and the real star of the show is Maria. I rarely write reviews.Dr. Rishi is the nicest, most empathetic and at the same time very professional dental doctor I have ever met. He helped me to choose the right treatment to straighten up my teeth. I couldn’t be happier. Also these guys provide an exceptional customer service, like I can’t even 🙂🤩🤩🤩7/4 update - Dr. Claire is an amazing dental doctor and very polite person too, she fixed in the new filling and now I’m ready to get my new braces. I also weirdly liked the anaesthetics haha. Thank you for all your help!

Wouldn’t go anywhere else again, Montpelier dental is very hygienic & also has great Covid-19 measures in place.The staff are very friendly and polite, after having a bad experience else where - my daughter is now smiling again thanks to Rishi the dentist, he’s been incredible with my daughter and also very calming/patient, best dentist! I have been to a few practices in Brighton and I can honestly say that they are the best. I have had many bad experiences with poor dental care and was looking to change the dentist ! Saw Rishi and he in the best dentist I have seen in my life ! I am 52 years old and have seen a few !! Had a root canal- completely painless...Rishi was so explanatory, skill full and understanding ! Receptionist was fantastic, I couldn't fault the service (I work in hospitality) .Would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for exemplary care !
